In the event of Product damage, a claim may be made within 24 hours of receiving order for a product replacement. Please call us at (580)366-0064 or email at email@example.com and provide detailed information (along with pictures of damage) of any Product damaged during shipping and include a full description of the damages to the Product. In the event that you wish to return our Product, we offer a thirty-day unopened Product (seal unbroken) refund. Once product has been returned and inspected you will receive a refund within 30 days.
